"When I came to the office to meet Iwith Dakota I was greeted by the resptionest who was very friendly, and Dakota was on time very friendly as well. We were talking about all of my insurance plans when I got a texted message from my daughter saying she was invited to go see Kamal Harrison give her speech who was coming to Janesville he said he didn't even know that she was supposed to be in Janesville, but we went back into the insurance talk we talked all the information about my insurances I signed paperwork, paid my account and Dakota told me if I had any questions to please reach out to him, wished me a good day and off I went. "I already had auto insurance with State Farm, but needed to add home owners insurance. Dakota was very helpful and was able to offer me a reasonable rate and a modest group discount. I also spoke with Don, who was very helpful, as well. I've been with Don Gerharz for many years and have been happy with the customer service. "We experienced tornado damage last June. We needed a new roof + interior work due to water damage. Don and staff recommended a great restoration co. and all went well. There were a few minor bumps with the adjuster; however, when asked, Don interceded and got them smoothed out. Overall, a great experience!"

"My aunt and uncle had insuramce thru them they had canceled the insurance ciz it keeps going up every month .needless to say they took money out of my aunt and uncles account they are theifs and are liers they need to go back to school and learn there business more bettter"
